We recently celebrated our daughter Clover’s 6th birthday, took an unforgettable trip to Catalina Island with our Adventure Guides group, and spent Mother’s Day reflecting on the things that matter most: family, community, and shared experiences. These moments remind us it’s not about the stuff—it’s about the memories we create and hold onto.

Hope you’re doing well and enjoying this beautiful South Bay spring! Our family has been making the most of it lately—Clover and I had a blast camping overnight at the Santa Barbara Zoo with the Adventure Guides. We got a behind-the-scenes tour, saw some amazing animals up close, and slept under the stars with giraffes just a few feet away. Baseball season is also in full swing with Clover playing for the Angels this year, and we’ve been catching up with family and friends between showings and listings. It’s been a season of full hearts and full calendars.

I hope this message finds you well. We’ve had a busy and joyful start to the year, celebrating Kimberly’s dad’s 80th birthday, enjoying the Daddy-Daughter dance at Clover’s School, welcoming my mom from the East Coast, and participating in the Redondo Beach 10K with friends. However, the recent fires in and around Los Angeles have been concerning, and our thoughts are with those affected.

We’re diving into November, and as usual, the South Bay is treating us to beautiful weather. Clover’s soccer season is in full swing, and Halloween was a blast with all the neighborhood festivities. With Thanksgiving around the corner, we’re looking forward to some family time and quality moments with friends. Life’s good, and we’re grateful!!

We’ve also been busy helping clients navigate the South Bay real estate market, which has shown some interesting shifts recently—especially as we head into the fall.

Clover just celebrated her 5th birthday, and we had a wonderful Mother’s and fathers Day, celebrating all the incredible moms and dads out there. With the school year wrapped up, we’re looking forward to some fun summer trips, including a visit to Brooksville, Maine.
